pay raise question-if you have 19 yrs on w/ doc but, had a break in service and have only been back 4 yrs what % pay raise do you get ? Last time a bunch of us got screwed because they said although my 15 yrs of service counts towards retirement, my current status starts when I came back to doc after the break in service.

extra 2% at 5 "consecutive" years and an extra 3% at 10 "consecutive" years. So you will only get 3% this year and the extra 2% next year if it is funded again and people who get the extra 3% this year for 10+ years wont get that next year only the people hitting 10 consecutive years next year once again if it is funded.....
