Maybe that is the question. How do you deal with it? Is there an answer? :?: I know that I have witnessed some unbelievable actions and accusations, and nothing being done about it in P&P.

I personally have not really been affected by it but I have seen blatant favortism by supervisors to people of their own race at my office its a black supervisor that does it but I have a friend in another circuit who says there is a white female supervisor that just goes way out of her way to try and get black officers in trouble while ignoring transgressions by white officers - the only real affect I get at my office is I seem to get a few more investigations than some others but nothing I would go make a complaint about yet.....

How about being labeled as a "racist" when you are not?

How would you deal with THAT?
