Pay raises.....

Is it true that you only get the extra 2% for 5 years of service if you didnt get the 2% last year because you were under 5 years then. I was told that by someone who called PBA and he said if you got the 5.6% last yer you will only get the 3% this year unless you have 10 or more years for the extra 3%. They sure dont mention this in their PBA legislative reports that I remember.....?

The pay raise for this year is:

5th year people --> 3% + 2% = 5%

1, 2, 3, 4, 6,7,8,9 year people --> 3%

10+ years people --> 3% + 3% = 6%
