Shift Work

What does everyone think about trying a different shift such as a 10 or 12 hour shift? Let's here your ideas on this issue. :?:

If we did go to a 10 or 12 hour shift it would improve my moral and with three days off I may be willing to work more ops and the parks would get more coverage.

Nice concept but where do you think you work. The agency doesnt have the manpower to support that theory but hey if you can fiqure it. Go for it
