pay scale ladder

i am sick and tired with our pay. i have noticed that once you get hired you do not make much more. i have 4 yrs and a new cpo makes pretty much the same as me. will we ever have a pay scale that we can climb or is our pay just going to be what it is and if you want more you leave.

Get used to it, buddy. We will NEVER get a funded step plan. So, to those of us still do the best job possible and who can still find contentment given that the pay will never match other LEO agencies - my compliments to you.

Anyone who has no job statisfaction and who still pi$$es and moans about the pay after willingly staying more than 3 years on the job should ask themselves why do they not have the stones to get a more fulfilling job with better pay.
