So, who do you think the next MSO Communications supervisor will be?? Any suggestions as to who you want and who you don't want to see in the position??

MSO needs an OIC and a supervisor(once DF retires)?

I bet Marsh or Whidden put in for it. Then that means two openings for OIC's.

My money is on Marsh ... he has more ambition.

well heck what about d.l.

I think a lot of people will quit if D.L. gets the position... I know I will

If D.L. gets the position I also quit.

*GOOD LUCK* to whoever puts in for OIC and/or Supervisor! YOu guys will have to deal with #1 and #2!

DM, RW, AT can't apply for it even if they wanted to, due to suspensions in the last year. Posting is closed now, so it gets opened up to anyone, even outsiders LOL. Lets see how that goes.

If the WORST POSSIBLE PERSON gets the job, it'll make sense, being that the WORST POSSIBLE PEOPLE already man positions #1 and #2.

i wonder if that worse possible person put in for it? i heard she did. but even if she doesnt put in for it, they would probably have her as acting Supervisor until they got one. is ac still wanting to go to days?

Ok, so do we know the names of the people who put in for it? I think the last day to apply for it was May 20th. I think they should let the rest of the center vote for the supervisor....kinda like that American Idol deal they got going. I think those of us who are going to work with this new supervisor would be better 'educated' as to whom we think would be best for the position. Wow, I really used the word 'think' a lot...sorry.

DL was the only one who put in for it.

05-27-2006, 03:49 AM
I am tired of hearing everyone say, I'm quitting if DL gets the supervisor spot. Lets just see how many people actually follow through with that. OH and here is a solution, bid for a different squad at shift bid and stop whining.

05-29-2006, 06:16 PM
u can't bid for a squad u dipwad. u can only bid days or nights. squad placement outside of "hardship" issues is at the discretion of the incompetent director.

05-30-2006, 06:18 PM
UR the dipwad, dipwad. If you have ever used the area on the bottom the shift bid sheet, that is where you put your special needs. Obviously you are too much of a dipwad to not know that. Several of us use it to say we want to stay where we are because of whatever reason. Those that don't use, go wherever.

05-31-2006, 08:33 AM
Not liking a supervisor is not an acceptable reason to ask for a secific squad. It has to be a hardship. DIPWAD

06-03-2006, 07:33 AM
NOT TRUE.
EVERYONE IS WHERE THEY ARE BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY WANT TO STAY ON THAT SQUAD, THEY DONT HAVE TO GIVE A SPECIFIC REASON.
