He’s an egotistical maniac and if you disagree with him you’re targeted. And Noriega has a hit list which was provided by Mcdrunky. And BTW Mcdrunky you should stop running your mouth about how McVay brining the PBA, because you’re a major reason we’re going back. And if Noriega ones back and starts his crap, the PBA already said they’re gonna deal with him. We’re gonna need real lawyers in bargaining not the puleo brothers circus. With Lt Snowball running the zoo at least Mcdrunky is down to 3 drinks per morning. Keep drinking and smoking a lot more. Double up on the cigs and booze so we can get you retired early, or better yet something you deserve. Speaking of health issues, Noriega is not healthy either. Bad ticker, really bad. Some are betting he won’t make it through this legal process. Poor guy, a stellar career ruined by his own ego driven behavior. I for one wish him well in his future endeavors. There are two federal lawsuits that have been filed because of Nipples. One is on fire right now and it’s an EEOC complaint. The allegations in it are very serious and it’s winnable according to a lawyer who lives in the city. Without saying too much, someone might lose their stripes and or worse. And it’s Noriega’s fault if it happens. Actually corruption of the Sgt’s exam is a major no no with FDLE. And there’s much more. The other is going to cost the city loads of money and again it’s a Nipples ego driven special. A super swat raid on MODA. Great move by Manny led by Nipples brought this one about. And there are some innocent officers involved who are scared to tell the truth. They’ll have no choice in the matter as there’s a video of things that bring questions to light. All Noriega!
