If Brian ever cared for any of us he can make things better right now. He is the acting village manager. He should fire McVay Meadows Sadjak Gittner. Otherwise the PBA will come in again.

And give the keys to Aholios like Lt. Mcreampie, MannyLeRat, BenitaLamotorDiAK Liiker, AmysuicidecrayHoe, PeteDaRarsnake and some ov’ them other FOP degenerates.. The PBA is coming no what you guys want. Taste it, eat it and digest guys.. PBA is coming directly at ya. We all had enough of the cronyism that the former Chief Nipples Noriegaze created around here. The division is real and we all know it.

The state of Florida FOP via the national charter does not represent administrators, like Chief's and city/county managers when it comes to discipline etc. So how on this planet is Brian covered right now with the blessing of the Florida FOP? Does the national know this? I don't think so. Brian if you want to sell out for more money and not do anything to make things better around here, then you need to step down as chief. You don't deserve to covered. Time for a complaint to the National FOP on this issue and on Robert Jenkins, state president for allowing it.

So let’s make this clear. We tried the FOP and no good. Well over half of the bargaining unit are PBA members and the interest cards are in and standing by for an election. The numbers don’t lie. No one should be excluded from the PBA like the FOP did. No one was ever turned away from PBA representation that needed it. Can’t say that the FOP didn’t leave Marabotto hanging. He was the VP. So sad. Now, the FOP endorsed the new mayor and he’s bringing in a consulting firm for a half a million dollars to screw us out of benefits. But, that’s ok as long as we get Nipples back? The Velken has over stayed his welcome as he did nothing but, breakdown the PD. Nipples was and is a great guy, but he’s done. His ego reigned and he lost. His case is on the verge of being thrown out of court as we speak and that’s a fact. The league of cities usually settles by now. They chose to fight because he has a week case. So yeah, who heard the mayor’s kid say, “daddy is Julliana coming over tonight?” I like it when she does. Pillow talk and sunshine don’t mix. Perhaps there’s another investigation going on into their highly probable sunshine violations. Now back to the FOP. What will cheese head do when Pete takes his place in the task force and he must wear a uniform and shave that crap off his face. He’ll owe his highly temper and probably his job. Meanwhile we’ll lose our benefits. Nice work FOP. Jim and Brian have a combined ability to run this place all the way into the ground. Let’s go team! Hey new guys. Look for bigger agencies before you get written up over BS stuff and can’t work anywhere else.

Collins is a good family man and a kind person. If not some people would have received disciplinary action while he was acting Chief on many occasions. His heart is in the right place and he’s been picked on and lied about. If he and McCready end up running this agency then they should start making decisions to make it a better work environment. The extra bullshit paperwork that Velken started should go immediately. The K9 guy should be allowed to train and participate in Enforcement details with our motor unit. The GPS system should really be evaluated as to a true need for officer safety only. Blanket discipline needs to stop and individual accountability should be the focus. No longer should anyone other than uniform Patrolmen cover the road regardless of overtime costs. The moral of the agency should immediately go positive. Enough of outside chiefs etc... coming in here telling us we do everything wrong. If they are given the task of running this show, I’ll be supporting them to move the agency in a positive direction. Our problem will be the city fighting us in bargaining. There’s a union change around the corner and we’ll need the power of a strong legal team to fight for us as the mayor has brought in a firm to dismantle the entire city. We are stronger together and if you don’t like it tough tittie said the kitty but the milk taste good!!!

Brian has always, always ridden what ever horse is in charge no matter the trail taken. He makes no decisions other then lunch, has never led anyone anywhere except lunch and when was the last time he went out of his way at a commission meeting and gave an award to one of the road patrol that was actually written and initiated by him? Exactly, case in point. All the talk of nice and family man. Well?, and? aren't we all supposed to be nice and family people, that is a very vanilla description for most humans. The issue is just what the above poster wrote about NOT writing people up. Well sometimes you do that as a lieutenant or acting chief. If not you get arrogant, lazy sneaky police. Below is an example of post hurricane party on duty. Sound familiar McDrunky!
