While the governor of Florida considers placing the sheriff of broward County on suspension so he should consider doing the same to chief carlita. Under carlitas failed leadership we’ve had nothing but problems. Our bargaining was all about the LTS, he’s literally taken control of our union with the help of Lt McSnake, his super rifle program which we already had was met with disastrous results as the guns melted down (thanks to Sam the sham scam Cunningham), and major league cover up of McSnake who should have been fired already and the list goes on and on. What are the elected officials going to do? How will this play out? What will the members of carlitas clique do when he’s gone? They’ll lock their lips on the next guy in power because they’re sheep crossed with vacuum cleaners.

Lets not forget one of Carlito's biggest scams and maybe even against open competitive advertising of employment positions is Mr. Ex-Ret. FBI Boy. It appears this made up position started out as a part time civilian position in the PD at 20 something an hour and was never advertised to the public as mandated under EEO laws. Why? This City takes State and Federal Grants to help operate and get things for this City. As such when a City takes those funds, it has to operate and advertise open positions for employment to meet fair and equitable guidelines that forbid under handed job placements or appointments.
Not only did FBI Boy get a cushy job without any real background done or any advertisement for his job he got a raise too! Now over 50,000 a year for part time! What's worse as part of Carlitos big push for his budget raise was the fact in open recorded forum at a commission meeting he told the Mayor to her face, this Ex-FBI guy is NOT a Florida certified law enforcement officer, BUT, he will be shortly starting certification for it. Has this happened? NO, NO IT HAS NOT! This guy even gets a take home city vehicle along with the other part timer special made up position. And what exactly does this over 50,000 a year part time NON-Certified person do that has a take home car do???? NOTHING, except come in play on a computer supposedly working on new operating procedures and getting this place accredited. Really, and after two years, do we have new procedures, NO, are we accredited, NO. Spent over 100,000 plus in pay , gas and benefits, YES!
It's time to look into the Chiefs hiring practice and see if there are any violations of the EEOC procedures.
