So much for Hobby, is that fat lazy officer McFrugal still working at Pasco High School. That is the laziest studiest officer I have ever seen. Do you guys have any standards at DCPD? You cant tell me that guy can actually pass a state certified PAT test. But I guess when all you do is walk around the sidelines at a Pasco High School football game acting like a fool, you dont really need to be considered a real law enforcement officer.
