There just isn't enough money in the budget to fix the pay. It's an issue with pretty much all small town police departments.

Why do they continually give the same raise across the board tho? No matter of time employed.

So, when is Vellaboom going to call it quits? Is he ever in the office? Or if he is there, is he cognizant? He is known to make poor decisions. Let's change that-time to step down, Rayman!

Wow, this agency's transgressions are increasing faster than usual Ray. Aside from the current incidents, a recent applicant for officer admitted in ORAL interviews of performing oral sex for money, numerous deposits were discussed. This is the best candidate for the department?! Can someone investigate the hiring process, so these issues are addressed. NO, IT'S NOT OKAY!

Okay, Chief, we will let the mistake go for the wrong name of the new hire, Brandon.
So, let's talk about Sir Buttercup, Sir Toongate, and Sir Shiremania, knights of the clown table. Giving a THIRD chance, by hiring a guy that quit the Pasco Sheriff's Office TWICE? He claimed it to be too stressful, really? Or hiring a guy that was on the scene of a violent act toward a Law Enforcement Officer? Was this a good idea? Any of these occurrences should tell the least knowledgeable person involved in the hiring unit that these are not good candidates, regardless of race or favors to their brother.
Find better choices! You keep failing people from FTO because they are cowards, want to fight the chief, or even quit on their own (KNOWING this job isn't for them) and begging them back a second time... only to have them quit AGAIN!!
Why is the hiring unit such a failure at procuring qualified people? Why are they continuously coming up SHORT (PUN INTENDED)?
