From the information in the News Journal concerning the stop stick hit on the Interstate. It does not look good for the deputies involved. It seems like the Sheriff has already determined there will be discipline for the BWC's not being activated. I wonder what the Sheriff's BWC showed during this incident? Is he going to face the same level of discipline? Is this more of the "Do as I say and not as I do?" and "Different Spanks for different ranks?" I remember one of his campaign promises was that he would not ask his deputies to do anything he would not do....which I guess does not involve anything related to a BWC.
And where was the Chief (Morgan) of LES during this incident? Busy with real estate? Busy with Bustamante?
