Doral if you are looking for a chief of police that will be a socket puppet for the mayor, has no balls, is constantly selling his ass to the highest bidder and enjoys the backstabbing game then Rene Landa is more than qualified for that position. He is a true ass pirate and doesn't mind playing make believe chief. He plays that now in south Miami very well.
