First. Do not think someone speaking with you is who they are. You're a journalist not familiar with here, you are at a disadvantage fact checking your "sources" - this is not (Im not revealing where you are from). You will be smoke and mirrored if you know what I mean.

Second. The copies of what (supposedly Ive "heard" ;) you have, very accurate - the other list is just "helpful".

Third. Everyone talks. This is potentially good for your "business". But if its misleading garbage your valuable time is wasted (see number 1) Some advice, Clewiston has great cuban food. Try one of the restaurants there. Particularly the coffee, you know where to go while on your way to the Palm Beach Courthouse. Switch rental cars. hint.
