Good Deputies, brothers and sisters, YOU are not guilty of anything. YOU are victims of an entrenched system where
YOU are as much victims as the public.
The public should regard you as the elite among a vile minority. Your conduct and professionalism is above reproach. Judgement is for those who are already being judged.
Their honor is an illusion seen only by them, even their reflections tell them they are the walking dead.
THEY exploit you, manipulate you and underpay you for your honest work, while THEY make their own rules, enjoy privileges reserved for the hypocrite. “Do as we say, but you cannot do as we do”
While THEY steal respect, dignity and professionalism from you, do not allow THEM to bring you down.
YOU are wrongfully judged by a public who thinks “Deputies are all alike” YOU are not “them”
