So the chief brought in his henchmen. No doubt to handle the LT'S. They will be back on the road in no time. So, the FOP MUST work fast in getting this Sgt test done properly and on time. We as members should not allow any cooperation from our little hairball sellout to allow an extensive delay. Well, back to the 2 new guys. So, boat boy was mandated to do 160 hours of FTO. Will they have to do 160 too.

Well, we already have more bosses than workers. And why would the city approve wasting money on 2 more high paying jobs full time with benefits. The game is to de-budget Lt's, bump them down, put red on mids, replace the 2 LTs with a 02 and 03. Done in a bout a year. But, what if the FOP got involved and actually did something? Nope! We're screwed, but not like the Lts.

The FPO won't get involved because they want the LT's to get NOTHING even if it means the union members get NO contract! Enough abuse by Supervisors who won't support anyone or do the right thing by the union. NO ONE is signing the contract. We are going to impass so saddle up for a fight. Oh by the way, LT's should by demoted and returned to the road were they belong. The two new guys should serve as the Chief's assistants ro help put this Police Department back on the map.
