Willfully stepping on constitutional rights should be a fireable offfense for the top law Enforcement officer of North Port. Add the falsifying of records to deceive the courthouse.. well that should have resulted in an arrest warrant. Yeah yeah.. i know the DOJ said it was ok.. matters not to me, DOJ is bound by the constitution as well. He knew it was wrong and participated anyway.

(To the enamored one who told me has never LIED.. here is a documented LIE. He even admitted such. So ignore that he lies but it is a lie when he claims he is working on his Masters (See his Bio on SWFL Chiefs Assn) when the fact is, he has a G.E.D. and maybe 40 college credits (takes 60 to get the Associates, another 60 for the Bachelors.. and then the fine Chief can begin to work on his Bachelors)
