Yet again we see where McNoriga is really at in his head when you read his emails. The negative and almost threating language in the new email shows again we have a complete politician as a Cheif and not a leader as a Cheif. It's all about Carlos and his appearance to the world. Cheif can we let you in on a secret? We were working off duty at the Beach for years so your new "privilege" with all the threats of what will happen IF we all are bad boys and girls is BS.
