The shift bids are up and like always, there are problems for something that should be an easy process. The 2nd Sun. Mon. off on day shift has been removed since the Chosen One is now a detective forever so the 2nd offering of Sun. Mon will be removed forever as she no longer requires it on her wish list.

What does she have on Snowball?

It's the usual characters with different issues preventing us from taking time off, scheduling nightmares and contributing to an exploded OT budget. Everybody keeps saying how we can't afford to pay for the OT but nothing is done to better an already critical situation. The administration counters by F'ing the good employees and making an already deteriorated morale group of employees to suffer for their short comings as supervisors. Good going! Remember you reap what you sow. There is no reason to be proactive and positive in this place. Oh, except if you are the El Portal baldi... He gets what he wants from upstairs to include 65 hours of OT last pay period.. A PPO employee is running the dept. lol what a slap in the face to guys who have put in their time here. After talking all that stuff about his driving record, character issues and how Daniels would never hire him Mcsnake strikes again and lobbys to get him hired hired. Like Joda would say " a great den of snakes, here we have" F you all I'm out.

Sunday and Monday lost. But, good news, Noriega is already lobbying a raise for the LTs. Better news, the FOP ain't fighting and won't once again. So, the word is that Lt Butterball said the OT is out of hand and S/M on the schedule is lost because people called out sick and took time off in accordance with the contract. Is that like punishing someone for exercising their rights? Didn't we get rid of the PBA because they allowed that to happen. Maybe it is time for Teamsters. Hey Carlos, how's the kool aid bro? You're doing everything wrong bro, wrong!!! The FOP is already turning on you.

Well Lt Butterball has taken Sunday Mondays from the reach of senior officers or anyone else who might have a chance at good days off. The FOP is and has been in bed with admin from day one has been silent on the issue. Where's the action behind the big talk. and why is a union Lt screwing the other union members. He's not backed up his decision with any hard facts that granting those days are going to save OT. He can't because it does not exist. He has told more than one person that his decision is based on abuse of taking time off, but Amy was taken care of at one point by eliminating S/M off so she could have a special arrangement. Way to go Butterball you showed your true colors again. Bottom feeder who is trying to impress the chief. Where's the FOP once again?
