New Poll out

It's my understanding that a poll was recently taken in Pinecrest in regard to the municipal services.
It appears from the returns that the overwhelming majority of the elected officials and administrators just don't give a crap about the police department or any other department. The exception to this trend comes around election time when caring and concern seem to be at the top of some agendas.
Although it wasn't a scientific poll I believe it was an accurate one.

Why is this world you guys keep complaining? Just pack your things and leave! The Village did not force you to seek a job here. You all came and applied on your own. Besides, most of you are very lazy and not pro-active. Can't expect to have anything for nothing. Either stop complaining and work harder and with passion, or throw your badge and leave. The Village is not the Welfare. You are expected to work and perform. Some of you would had been terminated long time ago at any other Agency.

Please define what a pro active village officer is ? Like what should they do ?
