I bet the Authority ***** Members have no idea about all the turmoil under Chief Paul Sireci. Take action for positive change and contact all of the ***** members and demand change for the betterment of the department and the treatment of the traveling public. There is power in numbers and just about all the members of this department agree the department has an ineffective leader and no morale. All the firings, transfers,retirements etc. are a direct reflection of the supervision of Chief Paul Sireci!

SOOOOO many morale issues would be fixed if they would compensate us appropriately. Right now, an 10 year officer is $11 under a TPD MPO and $7 under a HCSO Deputy in the same time. Why would morale be fixed? People just wouldn't care as much about the small stuff, but when you have micromanagers (e.g. Scoville/Lively), EXTREMELY low pay, no take home cruiser, and reports sent back for lack of a comma it just breads discontent. Our Chief is getting paid the equivalent of a big city chief, but the officers are getting paid the equivalent of more rural counties/cities, sometimes even less, with cost of living much higher. HR manager hates cops, and the big L only cares about his next $20,000 raise.
