We had a friend named rambl'n Jeff
He used to skoot real fast drink and drive
He thought his jag was the best in town
I found out Monday it's told on Sunday

Jeff went out on Tuesday
He was driving around in his jag named Susie
He told everybody it was the best in town
He thought that jag was so sweet
It drove as sweet as honey
He took it to every honky tonk in town
