Question,
I am a Police Officer from an agency down in south Florida looking to relocate to Brevard. I went to your union's website and it shows the last contract went into effect in 2009 and new negotiations were due in 2010. Is there any prospect of a new contract anytime soon? Your starting pay is pretty low and I would take a serious pay cut to come to you guys. Curious if a better rate and contract is upcoming.
Also, what is morale like at your agency? Everyone seem pretty happy? Any complaints about staff or new things come up?
