View Full Version : Bloody May

Not surprised at all

The city has suffered 40 homicides and over 90 non-fatal shooting incidents in the month of May. The crimes that have occurred don't involve the police department at all, so is it possible, just possible, that some residents in this city are extremely violent and do bad things to other people.

Things that are proven not to work:

1. Candle light vigils
2. Stop the violence marches or rallies
3. Homicide victim faces printed on shirts or written on the rear of a car

If you are the patrol officer you are:

1. Going to be condemned directly by The President and Attorney General on television
2. Be investigated by the DOJ
3. Receive no support from the city or police department leaders

So if you are the general public expect:

1. No proactive law enforcement
2. The bare minimum from line officers
3. More chaos and violence

This has been a public service. If this analysis was conducted by The DOJ or PERF it would have taken a year and cost $400,000.

Folks, all true. I worked for the City on the West side in the later 70's and early 80's. I saw how it was going then and moved to Florida. Never regretted it, and my city time went towards my Fl. retirement. Think about it- it may be time to bale and let them have it for a while.
