Been looking for property to purchase and live in as primary residence around the Homestead area.
I noticed a single family home for sale at the corner of SW 1st Ave and SW 1st St.
Looks like it is surrounded more by commercial property than residential.
Also, Homestead PD station is down the block.
The multi-unit residential property colored pink next door looks a little shady.
Can any of you guys from the PD please give me some intel on that particular corner?
