Micro-management. Minuscule management. Nano-management. Or no management. That's what FIUPD is all about. Never have I worked at a dept. where the chief is involved in every little aspect of every little thing ie making the schedules and choosing who gets leave approved,,,even getting on the radio "one"

Where else does the chief involve himself in scheduling,,,days off,,,leave approval,,,report writing and approval? This guy even gets on the radio and starts micro-managing "ONE."

duh Marquez runs this place. The chief is on his balls like Navas is on the Chiefs.

Your both right. Marquez calls the shot here every one knows that. Chief micromanages the day to day stuff from within the department. But JB MH and PBA do appear to sway the chief in a particular direction to the point that the Chiefs moves are extremely predictable.
