Well since the Chief and his fairy want to block me and the truth.
Here is my civil case against Murguido, his son and MCSO Deputy Gomez for Defamation per se:
Miami-Dade civil case no.: 15-08342CA08
You should see what kind of punitive damages are available in these cases. See Lawnwood Medical Center v Sadow. It is such a great case and has been upheld. These are literally multi-million dollar cases, but defendants will just file bankruptcy. However, it will show they lied, and clear my name.
Well someone should learn now that you can't lie about people and get away with it. Well a certain fool should have learned this after he got booted from Hialeah for lying, but some fools never learn.
I have recordings of the conversation, and recordings of the defendants false statements made under oath.
The way I see it is, they can 1) admit they lied and/or accept my offer of judgement, 2) commit perjury in open court, or 3) just fail to mount a defense. All three possibilities are fine with me. Have fun, heads I win, tails you
