Well at least they are doing a good in depth investigation and not doing a Tom Longo Rush to judgement.

I guess it takes a good while to sack em properly!

Longo was a very poor leader. In this job, people like him get ahead and progress by eating up co-workers and finding things wrong with them. They are always looking to get ahead by finding something wrong with the people under them to prove they are doing their job. He learned that early on in his career to get ahead. Good, smart leaders are hard to come by in this career. Most of them are usually out for themselves and their career.

LOL sounds like you got hit hard. But if so it was at the end of an IA. Why do you keep talking about him when we have a new and improved "leader" LOL!

Why? Probably because it is our waddling super hero himself on here sliming him to distract from some recent gaffe. He's been on here before talking shit, and he's got nothing now. It was all handed to him without even an interview. A "new" focus on community policing lol?? Really, so what are those adopt a cop reports we've been doing for so many years? Who started that? I'm so sick of the BULLSHIT on here.

Actually, that bullshit you mention isn't on here. It was in the Oracle. They even lie to our students.

That is so true. That guy is the biggest desk jockey weasel in the nation! He has been sitting behind a desk his entire career at USF PD! How does that happen...? And he was handed the Chief's with no interview! How does this crap happen?...How has he skated by his entire career at USF PD behind a desk and hiding out to make Chief?

By sucking up for a long time, that's how. I even hear it's a family affair for him, kind of like a team sport. And now Long is no challenge for him because he has to suck up to Visot to. Its all who you know here if your inside and have known the right people for a long time. But Karma can be tricky as we recently saw.

At least Tom would have answered the media right on certain major events regarding campus funding and security.

Man you are so obsessed with the former chief, you would think we don't have one now!

Yes he would have. Priorities? How much is that new medical school costing USF?

Chief Longo was always candid and honest with the media. He didn't pull any punches, but was diplomatic and factual. Even the admin couldn't fault him for that even though they didn't want to hear what he said. Still, he did manage to get more from them than any other chief we have ever had and you have to admit the take homes stopped good people from leaving.
