CST emphasis continues to be:

Investigating chronic crime problems and nuisance complaints from citizens.
Assisting in Crime Prevention activities and programs such Neighborhood and Business Crime Watch Groups.
Utilizing targeted enforcement tactics.
Working with community groups to identify priority problems and neighborhood issues.
Regularly meeting and communicating with detectives and patrol officers to regarding chronic problems.

When is this going to begin? How about doing this Commader instead of hanging out at the station all day deciding who gets what office and how detectives and dispatchers are dressed.

I know some chronic crime crime problems you could address like all the buglaries. How about working night shift and patrolling for burglars and actually arresting them. There is a novel idea!!!
