A Sweetwater police detective on the wrong side of the law facing serious misconduct charges.

Detective Octavio Oliu surrendering today after police say they found him with several unauthorized license plates in his unmarked cruiser...and that he racked up more than 500 Sunpass violations.

He's being held on a 20-thousand dollar bond.

If convicted on all his charges he faces up to 20 years in prison.

Sergeant Kelly Sullivan former Public Corruption Bureau supervisor was transferred to road patrol for the exact same after internal affairs towed his unmarked unit and found him to be doing this exact thing.
Why no charges for him?
Who is protecting him?
Why should he be treated differently?
In fact, SGT. SULLIVAN is on the Dade County Brady list for
1) in custody death
2) tag not assigned
3) theft
All charges are being reviewed for charges by two assistant state attorneys for well over a year.
Why is preferential treatment being shown to this individual?
Sgt. Sullivan is named in recently filed federal lawsuits.

It's your spelling that's a disgrace :)

I second that... Don't you need to pass a "basic abilities" written test?
