It has come to my attention we are the laughing stock of law enforcement in Polk county. Why am I just now realizing this?!?!?

That's been known, Bartow pd can't even catch 12 year olds that they attempt to chase through summerlin oaks, oh and how about the car theft in november?????? No charges filed on that either when theirs numerous statements and witnesses as to who did it. I can continue if you'd like sir/ma'am!

Regarding the auto/theft from November...Our officers did a great job on obtaining taped statements, locating witnesses, etc. However, there are other factors to be considered. Why don't you ask the detective assigned to that case. It's that simple.
