HPD pay is ptiful

Article in todays Sun Sentinel lists A/C pay at $112k per year and Major at $103k per year. Ridiculous for S. Fl and the size of HPD. Patrol officers must be at FHP level of pay. A 5 year officer at a neighboring city who works details and with OT will make more than your A/C. Sure hope it gets better, I live in Hollywood and don't want the police all pissed off because they don't get paid well.

Wrong agency yes but the original poster is saying they dont get paid enough, not being a hater.
