They should look at Bacon v. McKeithen which cites Smith v City of Cumming. Then they would realize the federal courts have already stated no qualified immunity for retaliating against the first amendment right to record cops.

"God help your conscience because nobody else will" i do not think God will or wants any part of this, this is being done by those with "evil hearts", there is no helping them. in the past i have have to deal with those in the IRS, i have come to know the true nature of those in the court room and those with badges and guns that they do nothing but hide behind for some of the things that they do! i do not think for one NYC second that it is every LEO, but the blue/line makes it very difficult to figure out what is what. this i believe is where the problem only begins!

I do however find it interesting that you knew they were planning to come after me for the exercise of my constitutional rights. Hopefully this was some actual actionable knowledge and not just a lucky guess on your part, based on track records.

Hey TP, now that the State Attorney has been served with a federal complaint, because Rolle was trying to dodge the second records destruction charge, how do you think that effects the relationship between HPD brass and the MDSAO brass?

I think the fact that the first case I have filed is not asking for damages, but for overturning an unconstitutional law, shows I'm here for principle first as 15-CV-20038 demonstrates.

But don't think that the next one isn't going right after all those involved with sending that complaint to the SAO including Rolle, Aquino, Mead and all others involved. There is clear precedence for this in the recent case Bacon v. McKeithen. LOL

Please tell me, that the irony that the case law that will likely first make Rolle accountable for his crimes against the constitution/humanity is BACON, is not lost on me?
