New department policy starting immediately

Starting today all HPD personnel must send in pictures or video of all aspect of their behavior. All activities will be scrutinized during on and off duty hours. Chief Rolle has assigned capt kent to the above. "We are going to clean this department out" the chief has declared open war on all abhorrent behavior. Capt kent has the depth of intellect and emotional maturity to wipe these rumors out before it becomes an epidemic. Along with her maturity capt kent is the only one in the dept with an absolutely clean and perfect record.
