Dear sgt Myrna jr. Don't let your officers run amok. They need strong discipline only the kind you give.
If you let the slightest thing go by it's a sign of weakness. You also need to keep you're Lt. & capt. In check
They are not always right. Feel free to go to the chief to get them straitened out.
