Ok so the older African American cpl totally dropped the ball while supervising and the younger African American officer blew the victim off when he reported (or tried to report) a crime, his motorcycle being stolen. The call was originally the younger AA call. The other officer working was not African, but was the fattest cop on shift. He maybe didn't answer his radio or something. We'll the Keystone PD really shined that night and it is so typical. No our automatically appointed detective is trying to screw the younger AA officer to prove his worth. And Sneaky Pete is back in uniform soon and will no doubt walk all whoever he works for with the blessing of the chief. He will rat everyone out. Poor baby, got replaced by a bigger rat.
