If found guilty, you expose your pension and DROP monies to seizure by the city or state. This does not include
attorney's fees, investigative costs, probation costs and court costs. Quite an adjustment in living style. Better
ask your attorney, the one who is not in jail. By the way the Governor's office has just made it almost impossible
to get clemency.
