Dear Chief Rolle,
I am not a police officer, just a concerned citizen, patriot and taxpayer. The following is a brief synopsis.
After listening to all the testimony, dispatch and 911 calls. Myself and others scrutinized all physical evidence.
This was to include personnel, internal affairs files, destruction logs and other evidence generated by you and
other personnel. Shredded documents can be reconstructed, pieces of departmental and personal trash are
very revealing. Take it to heart!!! All of the above was microscopically examined, referenced and cross
referenced. Your body language and facies was closely observed at the arbitration hearing and in the hall ways.
We also included all sworn affidavits. THE SMALLEST IOTA WAS NOT LEFT OUT.
