Can any NYPD cop explain to me why does the NYPD spend so much time money and manpower to harass bicyclists instead of using the time money and manpower to harass criminals?
You know criminals like robbers, burglars, car thieves, bicycle thieves, arsonists, pick pockets, shoplifters, scam artists, vandals, rapists, murderers, kidnappers, and drug pushers.
And what's up with this bicycle crap in New York? It's not the first time that I hear crap about bicycles in that city.
I'm glad I don't live there.
