The first order of business for the new or interim City Manager should be to can the Big Guy. He is a grim reaper of Carollo and cannot ever be trusted. Gig Guy never has the gonads to leave on his own, even after his entourage has been let go or his welcome worn out. In both of his wasteful tours at MPD he did this, conniving mayors, police chiefs and elected officials, and he did it at school board too. Doral will be no different and we need to have him forbade from our city immediately.
Ritchie...I have always found you to be indignant, self-serving and two-faced. Spend two minutes with you and there is an eerie sinister feeling that permeates. You have been able to spend nearly four decades in law enforcement...fooling some, hurting many and serving one-yourself.
