Hows everyone at el portal doing? I heard about what happened to the cpl at the college such a shame.

Can you clarify on what the cpl did? I was a recruit in the academy and the cpl was my TA. I graduated about a month before he was dismissed and was told he struck a female recruit. Is that what happened or is there more.

It is sad to see how the individuals above consider themselves Police officers. It is obvious that they hide behind the badge to find their manhood. But if writing about other officers makes them feel good it would only be fair that someone writes about them. Let us start with officer Chris Luscano presently at Miami Dade School Board Police dept. Officer Luscano still has rug burns from all the special attention he gave the chief of el portal. Officer Luscano went to school board because he felt that at least he would be able to intimidate the kids in an elementary school. You see I happen to know that Luscano's has a complex and that happens to be his height. I can understand this because he stands at a whapping 5 feet 2 inches tall. If his wife doesn't respect him how can other officers. Word for the day DNA. The child is not yours. I am sure that one of OUR fine man in blue took care of your wife when you were not home. This department has become a joke because of a few who cant keep their bs to themselves. Then they come on here and show just how much of a joke it has become with the crap that has been written as of late.What a shame!

First of all, this guy is pretty slick, he thinks he's a player, he call himself "THE 33KING", a rejected broke modafoka from the U.S Marine Corps who got out on medical discharge after being unable to keep up with the real Marines, yes he's a broke biatch now milking the government as he receives what he calls "HIS BENEFITS" knowing the fact that he was a reservist and he never deployed overseas. Funny thing is that he gives the impression to be a stand up guy, but after a short time he reveals what he really is "a big immature bald-headed, backstabber, whom loves to talk trash about other people."

It is sad to see how guys like you Mr. Rego destroy the reputation of others, people who don't get along with you since we caught your bullsh.. shorty after meeting you. As an oustsider looking in, it appears that the Chief and Cpl have click, as well as the sgt and and few others. So is the SGT over the CPL because it looks like there is no chain of command at all. Did the CPL really get fired from a Police Academy and fall asleep on patrol and still have a job? This forum is like days of our lives...I wont get into who was having sex with who thats your business but anything that brings liability for the department such as fighting on the job, sleeping or being fired for sexual harrassment is crazy in this climate.

El Portal was not s bad place to work, and yes .... chief Morales was a good chief- not perfect
