Don't you dare apply to this agency. As a former employee this is the worst place you can work as a police officer. I'm one the lucky ones that got picked up elsewhere while at the micc. It's only a matter of time until you are fired from there no matter what you do how you do it when if. You're ****ed in that place. I think even if you're looking for a foot in it isn't worth it because they can ruin your career. If you get picked up please apply out immediately.
