All of you should all get together and quit. None of your jobs are secure anyways, at any time you can be fired for anything. How can you work and do your job effectively always having to look over your shoulder? You might have to bite the bullet now but in the long run it will be 100% better if you get hired by a real police dept. Good Luck.
