boulder county sheriffs dept

Does anyone know anything about Boulder County S.O. Is it a decent department to work for, do they have take home cars, do they pay for experience, etc. I'm from another state and looking to moved to CO. Any info would be appreciated.

I am also looking up there, but I grew up there. Take home cars I think are nonexistent in Colorado, so I factored that into the wage and cost of living difference. Good luck!
