It's my understanding tha Joe Carollo will be filing a civil action against this guy Tovar for the damages he caused when he fabricated a story to try to take Joes job.

Good! Under the civil process rules of evidentiary procedure, the “mercurial one” will have his litany of bizarre behavior exposed; Tovar’s attorneys should be salivating at the prospect of deposing and cross examining the “irascible one.” Can't wait for such proceedings to start; doubtless it'll be the best show in town!
