He/She, if on the job, has become a police officer for apparently the wrong reason.
And, CR is a perfect example? Anyone with sense knows he was a nice guy at best, but a poor cop, just in uniform to look good in uniform and attract hotties, which he did well on both counts.
He ruined himself. Are you so weak that u think SM can do that to you?
Stand up for what you are entitled to, hold your union accountable, but, meanwhile, go out and show the community that you are in this job for the right reason - you need their support. You aren't going to get it by acting like the lazy cop you are suggesting. BAD IDEA!
Stand tall, look sharp, be responsive, respectful and professional.
If you do this, regardless of the outcome, at least u can't blame yourself.
Act substandard and you may be rewarded as such.
Good luck. Make the right choice in your life or you'll be a gypsy cop all your life, at best. Or, at least very unhappy.

Stand tall. Be respectful etc...... Police work is great in any other dept... But south Miami sucks the life out of you that's why I gave cr as an example.... And for your info he was also a great cop at times but he figured out just like every other cop in south Miami that u bust your ass day after day and the brass don't care... Citizens don't care... So why should he.... That's why most of the dept chases girls instead of chasing the bad guys.... :evil:

He developed into a total embarrassment shortly after employment. 99% new better than to accept or condone the road he was headed. Sad case. Great to stick together but, pal, you gotta draw the line. If you think the agency is really gobbling you up, you better get help or leave before your life is ruined. Don't let your family and friends see you end up like him.

Then quit crying and resign. Find one of the better agencies and see if you even qualify to work at them. I will tell you by the grammar in your previous posts, you will not get offered a job by many agencies.
