A Move to the Aventura

My buddy is a retired cop from NYPD moving to Aventura area.
any one recommend any good Apartments that wont break you $$ ( too expensive), or any Condos that are not half a million dollars, something a retired NYPD cop could afford.?

his best bet is to find a realtor down here and have them search. check for aventura realtors online and call them, they will work with you. there are many places in the city where there are decent priced condos/apts.
