I heard OC tries to get rid of people before they can retire...wonder if they have a percentage posted anywhere regarding how many people are let go, for many various reasons, say 5-7 years prior to being eligible. I think about all the people I know, and the only retirees are from way back, way, way back. Not just the OCSO and LEO's, but other departments as well. How many do you know that got the boot fairly soon before they were to retire? :x
