Sheriff's famous quote

We all gotta give it to our new boss. He is a man that not only goes by the code belonging to the famous fictitious character Tony Montana, he also lives by it. He must have watch that character a few too many times in action. As that famous saying goes, "In this county*, you gotta make the money first. Then when you get the money, you get the power. Then then you get the power, then you get the women." Way to go Sheriff. You have it all. Perhaps the Sheriff can include that quote in the mission statement of the Office. Congratulations. :D
