He was not fully certified. He was dismissed from the Auxiliary the same day, and ultimately pled no contest several months later.

This incident was beaten to death when it happened a year ago. Why bring it up again? We are subject to the same weaknesses and flaws as any other agency. When something like this happens, the dishonor affects everyone who wears the uniform.
